What you buy
SimpleEraser sells one-time credit packs. Each standard AI edit uses 1 credit. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another pack. Purchased credits don't expire.
When you can get a refund
- You can get a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of the credits from that pack have been used.
- Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack can't be refunded.
- Free credits are not refundable: the free trial edits, the sign-in bonus credits and credits given as a thank-you for feedback have no cash value.
- If an edit fails and no usable image comes back, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask for a refund for failed edits.
- If an edit completes but you're unhappy with the result, email us and we'll take a look.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your SimpleEraser account, and include the date of the purchase (and the receipt if you have it). We reply within 3 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, for the amount you actually paid. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. When a pack is refunded, its credits are removed from your account.
Cancelling and closing your account
- There is no subscription to cancel. You can simply stop using SimpleEraser at any time.
- To close your account and have your account data deleted, email [email protected] from your account email.
- Closing your account does not by itself make remaining credits refundable. If you have an unused pack that still meets the refund conditions above, ask for the refund before closing your account. Any remaining credits are lost when the account is closed.
Payment disputes
If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first. We can usually sort it out faster than your bank. See our Terms of Service for what happens if you dispute a payment.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
