Questions

What counts as one credit?

Each click on Erase that returns a result uses 1 credit, whether you brush one small spot or several areas at once. If an edit fails and no usable image comes back, the credit is returned automatically.

Which credits are used first?

Your free trial edits first, then your sign-in bonus credits, then credits you bought or earned, oldest first.

Do credits expire? Is this a subscription?

Purchased credits never expire, and every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically.

What if I’m not happy with a result?

Credits come back automatically only when an edit fails and no usable image is returned. If an edit completes but the result isn’t what you wanted, try a smaller, more precise selection — or email [email protected] and tell us what went wrong. We’ll take a look.

Can I get more free credits?

Yes. Share honest feedback about SimpleEraser, good or bad. Thoughtful feedback that helps us improve earns 25 free credits, once per account, and if we build your suggestion we’ll add 25 more.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, if you haven’t used any credits from that pack. Email [email protected] from your account email. See our Refund Policy for details.
